Do you want to cancel your subscription or account? No problem at all, we will walk you through the steps to cancel your subscription using our dashboard.

Step 1: Log into your account

Go to https://app.slidespeak.co and log into your SlideSpeak account.

Step 2: Begin cancellation process

Click on the three dots next to your email address in the bottom left corner and then select “Cancel Subscription”.

Step 3: Select your cancellation reason

Because we are a start-up, cancellation feedback is extremely useful. Please select the cancellation reason and proceed to the next step.

Step 4: Follow the link to manage your subscription

Once you have given your cancellation reason, you can follow the link to manage your subscription. That is where you can officially cancel your subscription.

Step 5: Log in to your Stripe SlideSpeak account

You will have to enter your email address again to access the subscription dashboard. This is the same email address that you receive your SlideSpeak receipts and invoices to.

You will receive an email with a login link.

Step 6: Cancel your plan

Click on the “Cancel Plan” button.

You can then confirm the cancellation in the next page.
