If your presentation isn’t showing your custom branding, like specific colors, fonts, or logos, you might not have set them up correctly. Here’s a quick guide to make sure your branding appears just as you want it.

Step 1: Set Up Your Branding

First, ensure your brand elements are saved in your Brand settings page. This is where you can upload your logo, set brand colors, and choose default fonts. These settings are necessary for SlideSpeak to pull in your custom branding when you create a new presentation.

You can find the Brand settings page on the left hand side of the main dashboard. This is where you will upload your logo and edit your colors + fonts.

For the logo, SlideSpeak supports the the following formats: SVG, PNG, JPG or WEBP. If your logo is not in any of those formats, please consider using a file type converter.

In this screenshot we have highlighted how to access the page and upload your customization elements.

Crucially, please don’t forget to scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save changes.

Step 2: Enable Custom Branding in the Customization Wizard

When you start creating a new presentation, you’ll go through the Customization Wizard. To apply your branding, make sure to toggle on the custom branding options. This tells SlideSpeak to include your specific colors, fonts, and logo in the presentation design.

Here we can see that I have toggled on the logo, color and fonts.

Troubleshooting Tips

If your branding still isn’t showing up, check the following:

  • Brand Settings: Confirm your brand colors, fonts, and logo are correctly saved in the Brand Settings page.
  • Customization Wizard: Double-check that the relevant toggles are enabled before finalizing your presentation.

Refer to the screenshots above for a visual guide on setting up your brand and enabling it in the Customization Wizard.
