Does it work with scanned PDFs?

The AI works from the selectable text in your PDF. A born-digital PDF (exported from Word, Google Docs, or a slide tool) works well. A scanned, image-only PDF with no selectable text can't be turned into questions yet, since there's no text recognition (OCR) in this version. Files can be up to 50 pages and 50 MB.

Can I choose the grade level and difficulty?

Yes. Pick a grade band from K–2, 3–5, 6–8, 9–12, or higher ed, set how many questions you want (5 to 30), and choose support, on-level, or challenge difficulty before you generate. There isn't a post-generation editor yet, so regenerate with different settings to fine-tune.

What format can I download the worksheet in?

You get a print-ready PDF, including the answer key. A Word (.docx) export is on the way. In the meantime you can open the PDF in any PDF editor to adjust the text.

How long does it take to generate a worksheet?

Usually under a couple of minutes. A longer sheet of up to 30 questions can take a little more, but most worksheets are ready in well under three minutes.

Is my document kept private?

Your uploaded file is deleted as soon as the worksheet is generated, and the download link expires within about a day. We don't share your documents or train AI models on them.
