Can SlideSpeak create a full course, not just one presentation?

Yes. Course Builder first creates an editable course outline with modules and lessons. Each lesson can then become its own editable presentation, with optional video and quiz assets.

How many modules and lessons can one course have?

You can plan up to six modules with up to five lessons in each, and both settings default to Auto so the AI can size the course from your topic. The numbers multiply: four modules with three lessons each is twelve lessons, and later twelve decks.

Can I edit the course before it is generated?

Yes. The course outline is editable before lesson generation: rewrite the course, module, or lesson titles and descriptions in place, or delete a lesson or a whole module. Every generated lesson then opens in the standard SlideSpeak editor.

Does planning a course cost credits?

Planning the course outline does not use credits, so you can plan a course, decide the shape is wrong, and plan another one for free. Each lesson deck is charged like generating any other presentation, based on how many slides it has.

Can I use a course or deck I already have?

Yes. You can attach an existing SlideSpeak deck to a lesson, though an attached deck keeps the design it already had instead of being restyled to match the course. Separate PowerPoint, PDF, and Word tools can also turn existing source files into structured course material.

Do all the lessons share one design?

Yes. You choose the design once, when you create the course, and every lesson generated afterwards uses it. Choose a design kit for a predictable look, or let the AI come up with a design instead.

Can learners view a course without a SlideSpeak account?

Course Builder supports a read-only share link. Anyone with the link can read the curriculum and open the lesson decks without an account, and can never edit or generate. Preview shows you what they see before you share, and turning sharing off closes access again.

Can I turn a lesson into a video?

Yes. Every lesson is an ordinary presentation, so you can generate a narrated video from it for people who take the training in their own time. Any videos made from a lesson deck appear on that lesson's row in the course.

Can I add quizzes to a course?

You can build a quiz from any lesson deck, review the questions, and then hand it out or export it to your LMS. Try it on one file first with the free quiz generator.

Can I export a course to an LMS?

SlideSpeak currently documents SCORM 2004 4th Edition and SCORM 1.2 export for presentation activities, QTI 1.2 for supported quiz imports, and a Brightspace question CSV. Whether a given LMS accepts them depends on its support for those formats.
