Compliance training that matches the policy it came from

Start from the policy or SOP your experts already maintain. SlideSpeak drafts a lesson for each role that has to follow it, and the person who owns the policy is still the person who approves the training.

SlideSpeak speeds up the drafting. Your compliance team still approves.

How it works

Create the training without losing control of the source

Nothing reaches a learner until the person who owns the policy has approved the module.

01

Start with the current policy

Upload the approved policy, SOP, control description, or the training deck you already run. SlideSpeak reads PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and PDF files, so you retype nothing.
  • Work from the approved versionPoint SlideSpeak at the document your policy owner maintains, not a summary of it.
  • Keep one source per moduleEach lesson traces back to a single document, so a reviewer can check it against the original.
02

Draft the module, then review every line

SlideSpeak structures the material for the audience you choose and writes a first draft you edit slide by slide. Reword anything that flattens the policy, fix the examples, and approve the questions and the narration script before they go anywhere.
  • Edit it like any other deckChange the wording, the order, and the examples yourself. A small correction never needs a new draft.
  • Approve the questions and the scriptKnowledge-check questions and narration stay drafts until a reviewer signs them off.

03

Publish the version that was approved

Export the approved lesson and its assessment in the format your delivery system takes, and record which version you shipped. When the policy changes, update the source and rebuild the affected lesson.
  • Export in the format you deliver inEditable PowerPoint, PDF, a narrated video, or a SCORM package for your learning system.
  • Update only what changedRevise the lesson the change touches instead of re-recording an entire curriculum.

Audience and risk

Make one policy understandable to the people who need to act on it

The same control means different things to a warehouse supervisor and a finance manager. Build each version from one approved source instead of six unrelated decks.

Role-specific modules

Focus each audience on the decisions, controls, and escalation paths that belong to its work, and cut the sections that do not.

The format people will finish

Deliver the same lesson as an editable deck for a workshop, or a narrated video for teams who train on a phone between shifts.

Language variants for distributed teams

Translate a reviewed module for the sites that need it, then have someone who speaks the language check it before delivery.

Knowledge checks

Generate questions from the reviewed lesson, edit the wording, and check that the message landed.

Narration in a voice teams know

Generate narration with an AI voice, or clone your own so guidance sounds like it comes from the team that wrote the policy.

Built on your corporate template

Generate on the PowerPoint template your brand team approved, so training looks like everything else you publish.

Programs

Create content for the programs that come around every year

Your policy owners decide what a program has to cover. SlideSpeak turns the material they maintain into lessons people can follow.

Code of conduct and ethics

Turn the conduct policy into short scenarios instead of a wall of clauses.

Privacy and information security

Explain how the rules apply to the systems and the data each team touches.

Anti-bribery and conflicts of interest

Show the gift, hospitality, and disclosure decisions people face.

Internal controls and procedures

Walk through an SOP step by step, in the order the work happens.

Workplace conduct

Cover reporting routes and manager responsibilities in plain language.

Third-party and supplier policy

Brief the teams who onboard vendors on the checks your policy asks for.

Role- and industry-specific policy

Build one version for the team whose obligations differ from everyone else's.

Annual refreshers

Rebuild last year's module from the current source instead of re-issuing it unchanged.

Delivery and evidence

Create the content here; run the program in your LMS

SlideSpeak produces the lessons, videos, quizzes, and export files. Learner assignment, deadlines, recurring certification, attestations, and audit records stay in your compliance or learning system.

Security and privacy

What happens to the policy you upload

You are handing over internal policies, control descriptions, and procedures. SlideSpeak treats that material as follows, in the same words our privacy policy uses.

Stored encrypted, never shared

All user specific data is stored fully encrypted and is solely accessible to us and not shared with any 3rd party.

Read the privacy policy

Never used to train models

Customer data is never used to train AI models. All customer data is anonymized before being sent to AI LLM sub-processors.

Read the privacy policy

Files you stop using are deleted

Files that have not been accessed for a while are deleted automatically, so an old policy draft does not sit around.

Kept 180 days by default

By default data uploaded to our system is stored for 180 days. Users can request their data to be deleted by submitting a support ticket at any given time.

Read the privacy policy

Custom retention for stricter policies

If 180 days does not match your own retention policy, custom data storage and retention is available on our higher plans.

Single sign-on on higher plans

SSO is available on higher plans, so workspace access follows the same login your other internal tools use.
