Where the Internet Trends style comes from, and what it signals.
We modeled this theme on Mary Meeker's Internet Trends decks and the BOND reports that followed, including the 2025 AI edition. The reports run to hundreds of slides with one finding per slide: a petrol blue band with a two-line title joined by an equals sign, a centered chart title that names its source, and a footnote block in small gray italic. This theme is an unofficial homage with no affiliation or endorsement.
We sampled the colors from the published PDFs. The band is #005179, the main series is #376092, growth lines run green #2fae76, and declines and cost callouts take #c0504d. Titles, charts and notes all use Arimo, a metric match for the Arial in the reports. Newsreader stands in for the serif on the black cover.
Pick this Meeker-style trends deck when you have more data than slides and your audience wants to check the numbers: an annual state-of-the-industry report, say, or investor research on a new category. The small multiples slide is the signature, with three boxed charts under one band title. Expect dense pages, and plan to send the deck as a file your readers study after the meeting.
