Where the Business Model Canvas style comes from, and what it signals.
With this business model canvas template you present Alexander Osterwalder's nine blocks in the layout people know from the printed poster: Key Partners on the left, Value Propositions in the middle, Customer Segments on the right, and Cost Structure and Revenue Streams along the bottom. The canvas slide is the signature. Each block keeps its printed name and a small ink icon, so anyone who has stood at a canvas in a workshop can read it in seconds.
You assign each customer segment a sticky color: yellow #ffd23f, mint #72d6b3 or pink #ff96a8, with pale blue #b5d8ff for notes that serve all segments. Follow one color and you can trace a segment from value proposition to channel to revenue. The rest of the deck is ink #222222 on white and page gray #eceeeb, set in Outfit, a geometric sans.
Deep-dive slides cover one block at a time. A tiny nine-block locator in the top-left corner fills in the current block, so your audience knows where you are twenty slides into a business model canvas presentation. You also get a channel-phase grid with dashed outlines for missing channels, a split cost and revenue slide, and a version slide that shows what you cut and added.
